We have a very nice relationship with Wilson’s. It all started with mouse droppings on a Saturday. The HOA failed us. And who do we call. I found Wilson’s on Google Map. Tech Richard called and he stopped by to checkout our problem. He checked out our problem and he had a solution. By the way. HOA never came back. We also had Richard create heat zones for us. De-scaled our tankless water heater. Finished some vent work. Recently, we need some work done. And a Tech named Matt did some wonderful work. We had some leaks and is working on is beautiful…. I’m so happy to have Wilson’s in our life!

I would first like to highly commend Wilson's employees Richard, Jacob and Pedro for an excellent job done with professionalism, punctuality and mostly, care. You all worked your butts off doing a really gritty, pesky, mini-split install/old heater removal job. I couldn't be HAPPIER! The price was just right, and now our house is a real, warm home. I am so glad we chose Wilson's. Thanks to Heather, Kurt, and voices behind the scenes I didn't get to meet. Can't thank you all enough!!!! (P.S.The outside work was the most intricate and I forgot to take a photo!)

Overall, the sales, service, and communication of Wilson’s is excellent. Many thanks to Corey, Manny, Kurt, and Heather. Corey arrived first to take a look at our very old gas line and gave an estimate for a pressure test and repair. We were applying for a permit with the city to do the repair so we specifically needed a diagram drawn and Corey did that professionally. He also did the pressure test. Corey and Manny came over to go over the job and Manny did the repair. He really did a fine job. Over the phone, Kurt and Heather were courteous and professional, kindly working with our schedule to match the right days. Even though the price was higher than two other estimates, it wasn’t by much and you get what you pay for. High quality service. The first plumbing company came over for a look and an estimate but never returned our four plus calls after that. The second plumber did a diagram but wasn’t licensed. The city required the job done by a licensed plumber. A third plumbing company was too busy to come over to do a diagram. Wilson’s communicated well from the start, assuring us they could do the diagram needed, offered to do the permit though we did it ourselves, and the job was done for the price as estimated. Corey and Kurt even followed up to make sure we passed our gas test with the city and had our gas turned back on. I highly recommend them.

They are always Johnny on the spot when I need help. I felt bad because I kinda went off on Kurt, over the phone, and he's such a nice man. That being said, the work was under warranty for my water heater and they told me what was wrong with my furnace, so I'm going to see if there is a way to fix it myself. Because it's 30 years old and replace t parts probably aren't available. Thank you Wilson's. Sorry Kurt. 🙏💐

Kurt and Johnny make every service and repair easy. Very professional and always on top of any potential issues. Kurt keeps all organized and Johnny is always on time, pleasant and professional. Prices are fair. Work is excellent.

Our Carbon Monoxide monitor chirped. Wilson's Corey, customer service specialist, found our furnace was faulty. We agreed to a new furnace. Price was high, but the furnace was smaller and more efficient than our old one. It required a lot of new sheet-metal work to fit it in. Gary's build to accommodate the new furnace was artistically beautiful. Jamie and Kevin did an amazing job of installing, clean, quiet, neat and competent. Check your CO monitor. It's important.

We had an update to our heating system to include heating zones in addition to fixing some plumbing leaks and electrical work. Richard was awesome to work with very consultative, completely upfront about pricing throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction! He is now our plumber of choice.

I had Wilson's come out to examine a furnace that was 17 years old. I did my homework on the parts (the electronics were shot) and knew the new board would cost about $100-$150. Assuming labor for a few hours the repair should have been $350. The quote was for over $500. I was also considering switching out the furnace to a newer more efficient model and asked the Wilson tech for an estimate: The estimate was $3500 for 65k BTU. You can buy a 90k BTU with 80% efficiency for about $900. I had a new 90K BTU unit installed with new duct work and filter system for $1900... Do the math
